Sugaring is a form of hair removal that dates back to the civilizations of ancient Mesopotamia, Egypt, and Greece. The sugar paste we use is made solely of sugar, water, and citric acid. It’s completely organic and all natural. Because there are no harsh chemicals and no chemicals can be added to the sugar paste, this is an excellent option for those with sensitive skin, those who are prone to skin irritation, or simply those who advocate for a more natural approach to life. Since sugar paste is water soluble, it won’t stick to live skin cells because of the high water content. Leaving the live skin cells intact, means less irritation for your beautiful skin. Sugaring leaves skin feeling soft and smooth!

Waxing is hair removal that uses soy wax to remove body hair from its root, so lasts longer than shaving. It involves applying hot wax to hair in the direction of hair growth using an applicator stick. A cloth strip is then applied firmly on top of the wax, which is then pulled quickly against the direction of growth for removal. This process gives your skin a wonderful exfoliation, removing dead and lifeless layers of skin and promoting cell turnover. Waxing can last up to 2 weeks before new hair grows back in. To wax again, you need to wait until the new hairs grow 1/4 inch otherwise the wax will not be able to grab the hairs to remove hair.
