Cancellation Policy & Spa Etiquette

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax and fill out any necessary paperwork before your service is scheduled to begin.

Shaving is recommended but not necessary. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied accordingly. 

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 2 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving the proper notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service or services. We recognize the time of our clients and service providers is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our service providers will be functioning on an "on call" status and have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our service providers for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. Thank you for your consideration and your patronage!
