Safety precautions and protocols

At East Hill Massage and Aesthetics our greatest concern amidst the Covid-19 pandemic is the safety and well-being of our amazing clientele and service providers.

Current safety protocols

In an effort to keep both you and your service provider safe, we have implemented the following protocols. These are subject to change as we are constantly adjusting to current conditions.

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases and current mandates, all service providers and clients are required to wear face masks while in the lobby. If you do not have a mask- we will provide you with a sanitized, adjustable cloth mask. In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, we are restricting the number of clients in the lobby at the same time. If there are clients in the lobby when you arrive, we may call and ask you to wait in your vehicle  or in our outdoor seating area until your service provider is ready for you and the treatment area has been properly sanitized. Upon arrival you will be asked to use our instant read, no-contact thermometer, which is located in the reception area. For the safety of our wonderful clients and service providers, all surfaces in common areas are sanitized after each client with hospital grade sanitizing sprays and wipes. No-contact checkout is recommended and available through PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. Gloves are available upon request. We are continually monitoring the current CDC guidlelines and protocols and will update our policies as needed.
